Changeover to SYNTEST HE BIO 46 Hydraulic Oil

We are switching from our previous standard hydraulic oil, SYNTEST HE BIO 32, to SYNTEST HE BIO 46.

HE BIO 46 has a higher viscosity and therefore provides additional viscosity reserves, particularly at higher operating and ambient temperatures. This makes it ideally suited for the reliable operation of our machines, even under demanding operating conditions.

SYNTEST HE BIO 46 hydraulic oil in a 5-litre container

Important information for existing machines: HE BIO 32 and HE BIO 46 can be mixed in our machines. Therefore, a complete oil change or flushing of the hydraulic system is not required when switching to HE BIO 46.

Effective immediately, SYNTEST HE BIO 46, item number E507500097, will be used as our standard hydraulic oil and supplied in 5-litre containers. The proven SYNTEST HE BIO 32, product number E507500098, will continue to be available in 5-litre containers upon request.

Both oils are biodegradable hydraulic fluids based on synthetic esters, combining technical performance with an environmentally responsible approach.
